Genetic research (BRCA+)
Genetic research is performed in the Centre for Medical Genetics (CMG). Here they can detect any disorder that you suspect may be hereditary, including rare diseases. The CMG is one of the spearheads of UZ Brussel and one of eight centres in Belgium that performs genetic testing. The CMG wants to offer a qualitative care programme through the efficient operation of its clinic and laboratory.
