Examinations

Some of the basic urology examinations are carried out at the consultation:

• Cystoscopy: an internal examination of the bladder
• Ultrasound of the prostate
• Biopsy of the prostate, under ultrasound guidance
• Urine flow rate measurement for children and adults
• Urodynamic testing: measuring the pressure of the bladder and the sphincter
