Cancelling an appointment

Until 24 hours before your appointment you can cancel it free of charge in various ways:

• By accessing your personal file on the patient portal at my.uzbrussel.be
• Using the web form
• By telephone: 02 477 60 90

If you do not attend your appointment and you have not let us know in good time, you will be charged an administration fee.
