On the day of your admission, you should report to the Admissions entrance area (zone A, route 151) at the KIO admissions desk. The staff there will help you to complete all the administrative formalities:

• Upon registration, you will receive an "admission statement" with a rough estimate  of possible costs.
• An advance payment is requested upon registration for admission. You can always request information in advance by calling 02 477 77 85.
• You will be given an identification wristband which you should wear throughout your stay in hospital. Whenever you have an examination or procedure or are given any medication, the doctors and nurses will check your identity to ensure maximum patient safety.
