Clinical Studies

Lymphoedema is becoming a hot topic in plastic surgery. As such, a lot of active research concerning the different possibilities of diagnosis and treatment is currently underway.

Clinical studies are being conducted in the UZ Brussel with lymphoedema patients. This may be discussed during the consultation with the surgeon if the patient seems to be a good candidate.

Participation in a clinical study is, of course, completely voluntary.
