When you arrive
The Centre for Cardiovascular Diseases is located on the first floor of the Louis Tielemans Pavilion, route number 180.
When you come into the hospital building through the main entrance, go through the glass walkway which is immediately on your left. At the end, turn left and take the lift to floor +1. When you come out of the lift, the registration and appointments desk is right in front of you.
What should you bring?
- Patient’s identity card
- Referral letter from your GP or specialist
If applicable:
- Results of previous tests or other medical documents
- Insurance details in the case of an insurance medicine examination
- List of your medications
- Certificate of approval for medication from your mutual health insurer
- Diet or nutrition scheme
