If complaints affecting the vulva are accompanied by disorders of the pelvic floor, a multidisciplinary approach should be adopted.

Women of all ages may experience vulval complaints, which may have a negative effect on sexuality.

It is advisable to contact the appointments desk in the Gynaecology service and make an appointment at the vulval consultation. You will then receive help as quickly as possible. Under no circumstances should you try self-diagnosis and treatment. This makes it more difficult to reach a correct diagnosis.
