Referring patients

If you refer a patient to the CMG at UZ Brussel for a consultation, you can help us by producing a file that is as complete as possible. This includes:

• The medical history of the patient(s)
• The medical history of his and/or her family members
• Any existing test results
• If possible, a family tree for the relevant person/persons
