Cancelling an appointment

Up to 24 hours before your appointment you can cancel it in various ways free of charge:

• Through your personal file in the patient portal my.uzbrussel.be
• Through the web form
• By telephone: 02 477 60 90

If you do not attend your appointment and you have not let us know in good time, you will be charged an administration fee.
