When you arrive & Payment
- First you will need to register. You can do this at the reception or the (self-registration) kiosks with your identity card. The reception and kiosks are located in the entrance hall of the outpatient building (zone C/level -1). Upon registration you will be given an appointment form.
- Go to the ‘Cash -Registration-Admission’ (KIO) desk. Here you can pay for the dialysis treatment with your bank card. It is not possible to pay in cash.
- After payment, follow the route number (129) given on your registration form. On arrival at the dialysis centre, take a seat in the waiting room.
- The nurse will come to collect you for your dialysis treatment.
