Cancelling a dialysis treatment

You can view your dialysis treatments on the patient portal at https://my.uzbrussel.be.

Please note: you cannot cancel your dialysis treatment on the portal. 

If you wish to shorten or extend your holiday, dialysis treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance only by: 

• Telephone: 02 474 92 21 
• E-mail: hemodialyse@uzbrussel.be  

If you do not attend your dialysis treatment and you do not let us know in time, you will be charged an administration fee.
 

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. There are various ways of doing this:

• By accessing your personal file on the patient portal at my.uzbrussel.be.
• Using the web form
• By telephone: 02 477 60 90

If you do not attend your appointment and you do not let us know in time, you will be charged an administration fee.
